फोर्ब्स एंड कंपनी लिमिटेड ने यह आदेश दिया था की 23 अप्रैल 2009 को इस कंपनी के आवेदन के होनेबल उच्च न्यायालय महकमा के अनुसार यह निर्देश दिया है की बंबई में इस कंपनी के सामान्य शेयर के शेयरधारकों की बैठक 26 मई 2009 को आयोजित की जायेगी यह सूचित किया गया है, पर विचार करने के उद्देश्य से, और योग्य विचार, के साथ या संशोधन के बिना, वोल्कार्ट फ्लेमिंग जहाजरानी की सेवाएँ लिमिटेड और कंपनी अपने शेयरधारकों ने लेनदारों के बीच एक योजना व्यवस्था का अनुमोदन किया।

English Translation:

Forbes & Company Ltd has informed that pursuant to an Order made on April 23, 2009, in the Company Application the Honble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has directed that a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on May 26, 2009, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving with or without modification, a Scheme of Arrangement between Volkart Fleming Shipping & Services Ltd and the Company and their respective Shareholders and Creditors.
