ज्योति संरचनाएं लिमिटेड ने यह सूचित किया है की प्रतिफल समिति के लिए इस बोर्ड ऑफ़ निदेशक मंडल द्बारा परीसंचरण प्रस्ताव को 15 मई 2009 को दिनांकित बताया गया है:

1. 55,325 सामान्य शेयर केे लिए मुल्ये 2 रूपये द्बारा अधिक विभागों को आरम्भ करने में स्टॉक विकल्प से अनुमत कराम्चारियो के लिए इस कम्पनी के अधीन स्टॉक विकल्प की प्रणाली को कराम्चारियो को दी गई।

2. योग्य कर्मचारियों को कर्मचारी स्टॉक विकल्प योजना के तहत अधिक से अधिक 11.050 विकल्प दिए गए। मुल्ये 2 रूपये के प्रत्येक, 55325 सामान्य शेयरों के आवंटन की पूर्वोक्त परिणामस्वरूप शेयर कंपनी की पूंजी 16,34,87,780 रुपये का भुगतान करने के लिए 2 रुपए के प्रत्येक 8,17,43,890 सामान्य शेयरों के विभागों में वृद्धि हुई।

English Translation:

Jyoti Structures Ltd has informed that that Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors by Circulatory Resolution dated May 15, 2009 has:

1. Allotted 55,325 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each arising out of Stock Options granted to the employees of the Company under Employees Stock Option Scheme.

2. Granted further 11,050 Options to the eligible employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme.Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 55,325 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 16,34,87,780 divided into 8,17,43,890 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each.
