जेएमडी टेलीफिल्म्स बोर्ड ने उप इक्विटी शेयरों के विभाजन को मंजूरी दी - मई 25, 2009
हिन्दी अनुवाद:जेएमडी टेलीफिल्म्स इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड ने यह सूचित कीया है कि समिति के निर्देशकों के लिए कंपनी की बैठक 25 मई 2009 को आयोजित करेंगे, डाक मतपत्र के जरिए शेयरधारकों की मंजूरी के लिए निम्नलिखित संकल्प के विषय को अनुमोदित कीया गया है यह भी सूचित किया गया है:-
1. भाजित/उप सामान्य शेयरों 10 रुपए के अंकित मूल्य की कंपनी के विभाजन/- (दस रुपए) प्रत्येक 1 रुपए की अंकित मूल्य करने के लिए/- प्रत्येक (रुपये एक) है।
2. सामान्य शेयरों के अंकित मूल्य में विभाजन के प्रभाव देने के लिए ज्ञापन एसोसिएशन व लेख एसोसिएशन की राजधानी खण्ड में परिवर्तन कर रहे है।
English Translation:
JMD Telefilms Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2009, has considered the following resolution subject to the approval of Shareholders by way of Postal Ballot:-
1. Split/Sub-division of Equity Shares of the Company of the face value of Rs 10/- (Rs Ten) each to the face value of Rs 1/- (Rs One) each.
2. To alter Capital Clause of Memorandum of Association & Articles of Association to give effect of split in face value of Equity Shares.
