गंगोत्री आयरन ने 57,19,694 सामान्य शेयरों को आवंटित किया- मई 12, 2009

गंगोत्री आयरन एंड स्टील कंपनी लिमिटेड समिति के निर्देशकों ने कंपनी की अपनी बैठक को 12 मई 2009, को आयोजित किया और 57,19,694 सामान्य शेयर के लिए 10 रूपये को आवंटित किया है/- प्रत्येक प्रीमियम के लिए मुल्ये 10 रूपये है (वर्तमान में 5 रुपये की सीमा तक शेयर पूंजी और मुल्ये 5/- प्रति शेयर प्रीमियम/- प्रति) अधिकारों पर मौजूदा शेयरधारकों को 4 सामान्य शेयरों के अनुपात में प्रत्येक 5 सामान्य शेयरों के रिकॉर्ड तिथि को अर्थात 20 मार्च 2009 को देय आयोजित किया इस आधार को 12 महीने के भीतर दो किश्तों के आवेदन पर 50% और फोन पर 50% का भुगतान करना पड़ेगा।

English Translation:

Gangotri Iron & Steel Company Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2009, has allotted 57,19,694 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 10/- per share (Presently paid to extent of Rs 5/- towards share capital and Rs 5/- towards share premium) on rights basis to the existing shareholders in the ratio of 4 equity shares for every 5 equity shares held on record date i.e. March 20, 2009 payable in two installments i.e. 50% on application and 50% on call within 12 months.
