केजेएमसी वित्त समिति ने 76300 इक्विटी शेयरों के आवंटन को मंजूरी दी- जून 22, 2009
हिन्दी अनुवाद:केजेएमसी वित्त सेवा लिमिटेड ने यह सूचित किया है की समिति के निर्देशकों ने कंपनी की अपनी बैठक में 20 जून 2009, को अन्य बातों के साथ आयोजित, द्वित्य श्रृंखला में पूरी तरह परिवर्तनीय अधिपत्र पर आवंटित के रूपांतरण के अधिकार के प्रयोग पर 76300 इक्विटी शेयरों के आवंटन को मंजूरी दी है, 22 दिसंबर 2007 को आईसी जैन, एचयूऍफ़ सेबी के अनुसार (प्रकटीकरण और निवेशक संरक्षण) 2000 निर्धारित मार्गदर्शी के रूप में 23.19 रुपए प्रति शेयर के मूल्य में वरीयता के आधार पर पूरी तरह से इक्विटी शेयरों के मुल्ये 10 रूपये के भुगतान के लिए प्रत्येक कम्पनी में बराबर संख्या में परिवर्तित किए जायेंगे।
English Translation:
KJMC Financial Services Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 20, 2009, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 76,300 Equity Shares upon exercise of right of conversion of 2nd Tranche of Fully Convertible Warrants allotted on December 22, 2007 on Preferential basis to I C Jain, HUF at price of Rs 23.19 per share as determined in accordance with SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines 2000 to be converted into equal number of fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company.
