The committee of Mastek has informed that the allotted of 700 equity shares under ESOP and the paid-up equity share capital has subsequently increased to Rs 13,45,00,970.
These equity shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 01 July 2009.
इन शेयर समिति के आवंटित बैठक को 01 जुलाई 2009 को आयोजित किया जाएगा।
