हिन्दी अनुवाद:समिति के लिए पायनियर इनवेस्टकोर्प लिमिटेड ने यह सूचित किया है की आवंटित 1,07,600 सामान्य शेयर (पर परिक्ष्रम के लिए कर्मचारी स्टॉक विकल्प की पायनियर इनवेस्टकोर्प ईएसओपी की प्रणाली 2006) में गैर कार्यकारी निर्देशक और कर्मचारियों के लिए कंपनी और कर्मचारियों के सहायक कंपनी की एक इक्विटी शेयर के परिक्ष्रम में मुल्ये 22.05 प्रति रूपये है। इक्विटी शेयर ने समिति की बैठक को 30 जून 2009 को आवंटित किया।
English Translation:
The board of Pioneer Investcorp has informed that the allotted 1,07,600 equity shares (on exercise of employee stock options from Pioneer Investcorp ESOP scheme 2006) to non-executive director and the employees of the company as well as to the employees of its subsidiary companies at an exercise price of Rs 22.05 per equity share. These equity shares were allotted at the board meeting held on 30 June 2009.
