English Translation:
Texmaco Ltd has informed that the duly authorized Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 27, 2009, inter alia, has decided to close the Bid period and approved the issuance of up to 1.64 crore Equity Shares at a price of Rs 104 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs 103 per Equity Share) aggregating to Rs 170.56 Crores.
