2. आवंटित सन प्लास्ट ओ मेट लिमिटेड के शेष शेयरधारकों को 57,432 इक्विटी शेयरों के अधीन स्वीकृत एकीकरण की योजना प्रदान की गई, और
3. अहमदाबाद, मद्रास और दिल्ली स्टॉक एक्सचेज ने यह तय किया है की कंपनी के लिए डी-लिस्ट इक्विटी शेयरों को आयोजित किया जाए।
English Translation:
Goldstone Infratech Limited has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2009, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Recommended a dividend of Re. 0.40 (10%) per equity shares of the face value of Rs. 4/- each for the financial year 2008-09.
2. Allotted 57,432 equity shares to the remaining shareholders of Sun Plast O Met Limited pursuant to the approved Scheme of Amalgamation, and
3. Decided to de-list the equity shares of the Company from Ahmedabad, Madras & Delhi Stock Exchanges.
