स्ट्राईडस आर्कोलेब समिति ने विकल्प प्रणाली को आयोजित किया- अगस्त 28, 2009
हिन्दी अनुवाद:समिति के लिए स्ट्राईडस आर्कोलेब ने 2,42,500 विकल्प के अधीन स्ट्राईडस आर्कोलेब ईएसओपी 2008 में मुल्ये 132.65 रूपये प्रति विकल्प की कंपनी में कुछ योग्य कर्मचारियों को आयोजित किया। इक्विटी शेयर के आवरण द्बारा इस प्रकार के विकल्प में 2,42,500 इक्विटी शेयरों को आयोजित किया गया।
इन विकल्पों में अधिकारयुक्त अवधि के लिए तीन वर्षों की चरणबद्ध अवधि के रूप में इसे आयोजित किया गया। अधिकारयुक्त विकल्प की तारीख के लिए इसे 30 दिन की अवधि के भीतर प्रयोग कर सकते है।
इन विकल्पों के निदेशक पारिश्रमिक की समिति ने 27 अगस्त 2009 को इसे आयोजित किया था।
English Translation:
The committee of Strides Arcolab has granted 2,42,500 options under the Strides Arcolab ESOP 2008 at Rs 132.65 per option to few eligible employees of the company. The equity shares covered by such options are 2,42,500 equity shares.
The vesting period of these options is in a phased manner over a period of three years. The options may be exercised within a period of 30 days from the date of vesting.
These options were granted by the remuneration committee of directors on 27 August 2009.
इन विकल्पों में अधिकारयुक्त अवधि के लिए तीन वर्षों की चरणबद्ध अवधि के रूप में इसे आयोजित किया गया। अधिकारयुक्त विकल्प की तारीख के लिए इसे 30 दिन की अवधि के भीतर प्रयोग कर सकते है।
