हिन्दी अनुवाद: पत्नी कंप्यूटर सिस्टम की समिति ने यह सूचित किया है की 101,900 इक्विटी शेयर के लिए प्रति वेल्योऊ के प्रत्येक मुल्ये 2 रूपये की अनिवार्य कर्मचारी की सम्मिलित 50,000 अन्तर्निहित इक्विटी शेयर के लिए प्रति वेल्योऊ के मुल्ये 2 रूपये की प्रत्येक बैंक ऑफ़ न्यू यार्क के लिए डिपोजीटरी में कनेक्सन के साथ प्रकाशन के लिए 25,000 अमेरिकन डिपोजीटरी शेयर (एडीएस) के अनुसार अभ्यास के एडीआर लिंक के विकल्प को आयोजित किया गया।
इन शेयरों के आवंटन द्बारा समिति के लिए निर्देशकों ने विस्तृत संकल्प को 11 सितम्बर 2009 को आयोजित किया।
English Translation:
The committee of Patni Computer Systems has allotted 101,900 equity Shares of per value of Rs 2 each to certain employees including 50,000 underlying equity shares of per value of Rs 2 each to Bank of New York as Depository in connection with the issuance of 25,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) pursuant to the exercise of ADR Linked options.
These equity shares were allotted by committee of directors vide resolution on 11 September 2009.
इन शेयरों के आवंटन द्बारा समिति के लिए निर्देशकों ने विस्तृत संकल्प को 11 सितम्बर 2009 को आयोजित किया।
