इसके अलावा कंपनी ने यह भी घोषणा की है कि, इस बकाया इक्विटी शेयरों की संख्या के आवंटन के साथ है और 86267796 करोड़ रुपये के 17,25,35,592 इक्विटी शेयर पूंजी का भुगतान किया जाए।
कंपनी के व्यापार घंटे के बाद आज 02 नवम्बर 2009 को इसे आयोजित किया गया।
English Translation:
EID Parry India has announced that the company has allotted 12718 equity shares arising out of exercise of employee stock options, granted under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007.
Further the Company has announced that, with this allotment the number of equity shares outstanding is 86267796 and the paid-up equity share capital is Rs. 17,25,35,592.
The company made this announcemetn after the trading hours today, 02 November 2009.
