हिन्दी अनुवाद:सुप्रीम इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर इंडिया की समिति ने यह सूचित किया है की एक कीमत के लिए मुल्ये 60 (साठ रूपये) के आवंटन के लिए 1000000 (दस लाख) परिवर्तनीय वॉरंट को आवंटित किया गया इस पर श्रेष्टता संबंधी आधार पर मावी इनवेस्टमेंट फंड के साथ ऍफ़आईआई केटेगरी को आयोजित किया गया।
वारंट्स होल्डरों ने एप्लाई करने के लिए एक एक्वालेंट के लिए इक्विटी शेयर के मुल्ये 10 रूपये (प्रत्येक दस रूपये) के लिए कंपनी ने किसी भी समय के दौरान 18 महीनों के अनुसार समय के लिए प्रकाशित/आवंटित किया गया।
समिति की बैठक ने यह तय किया है की इस बैठक को 31 अक्टूबर 2009 को अनुमोदित किया जाएगा।
English Translation:
The board of Supreme Infrastructure India has allotted 1000000 (Ten Lacs) Convertible Warrant at a price of Rs. 60 (Rs. Sixty) per share on preferential basis to MAVI Investment fund who belong FII Category.
The Warrant holder to apply for an equivalent of Equity Shares of Rs. 10 (Rs. Ten Each) of the Company in any time during 18th Months from the date of issue / allotment.
This was allotted at the board meeting held on 31 October 2009.
