रेडिंगटन (इंडिया) लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि कंपनी के निदेशकों के ईएसओपी शेयर आबंटन समिति ने 28 मई 2010 विचार किया और मंजूरी दे दी, 10 रुपये के 59,745 इक्विटी शेयर निम्नानुसार है:

1. 47,245 इक्विटी शेयरों 120 रुपए के प्रति शेयर के प्रीमियम पर

2. 12,500 इक्विटी शेयरों 155 रुपए के प्रति शेयर के प्रीमियम पर

English Translation:

Redington (India) Ltd has informed that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Directors of the Company has considered and approved on May 28, 2010, the allotment of 59,745 (Fifty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Five Only) equity shares of Rs. 10/- as follows:

a. 47,245 equity shares each at a premium of Rs. 120/- per share; and

b. 12,500 equity shares each at a premium of Rs. 155/- per share

pursuant to exercise of options granted under Redington (India) Ltd - Employee Stock Option Plan, 2008.
