Dhanalakshmi Bank Raises Rs 381 Crore : धनलक्ष्मी बैंक ने 381 करोड़ रुपये की वृद्धि की : 20th July

निजी क्षेत्र के ऋणदाता धनलक्ष्मी बैंक ने क्वालिफाइड संस्थागत प्लेसमेंट (क्यूआईपी) के जरिये 380.73 करोड़ रुपये के नये धन से वृद्धि की। बैंक के निदेशक मंडल की विधिवत् प्राधिकृत समिति की शांति 181.30 रुपए की कीमत पर योग्य संस्थागत निवेशकों (क्युआइबी) करने के लिए मुद्दा है और 2.10 करोड़ इक्विटी शेयरों के आवंटन के लिए अपनी सहमति दी है। 19 जुलाई 2010, प्लेसमेंट के लिए बोली की अंतिम तिथि के रूप में तय की गयी थी। मई में इस साल बैंक को भी बोर्ड क्यूआईपी या तरजीही निर्गम के जरिए धन जुटाने की मंजूरी दी थी।

English Translation:

Private sector lender Dhanalakshmi Bank has raised Rs 380.73 crore worth of fresh funds through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) route. The bank’s duly authorized committee of the board of directors has accorded its consent for the issue and allotment of 2.10 crore equity shares at a price of Rs 181.30 apiece to the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs). July 19, 2010 was fixed as the bid closing date for the placement. Earlier in May this year, the board of the bank had approved raising of funds either through QIP or preferential issue.
