Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Allots Equity Shares : किर्लोस्कर फैरस इंडस्ट्रीज अल्लोट्स इक्विटी शेयर : 10th January

किर्लोस्कर फैरस इंडस्ट्रीज समिति ने अपनी बैठक 10 जनवरी 2011 में 1000 वियोज्य वारंट समाप्त कर दिया है और 1000 इक्विटी शेयर 5 रुपये प्रत्येक का पूरी तरह से भुगतान किया है, इक्विटी शेयर में वियोज्य वारंट के रूपांतरण के अनुसार।

आवंटन के फलस्वरूप , प्रदत्त कंपनी की शेयर पूंजी 68.65 करोड़ रुपए की वृद्धि पर खड़ा है।

English Translation:

The committee of Kirloskar Ferrous Industries in its meeting on 10 January 2011 has extinguished 1,000 detachable warrants and has allotted 1,000 equity shares of Rs. 5 each fully paid, pursuant to the conversion of detachable warrants into equity shares.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up share capital of the company stands increased to Rs. 68.65 crore.
