11 मार्च 2011 की बैठक में गुजरात एनआरई कोक की समिति ने 10 रुपये प्रत्येक के 25,600 इक्विटी शेयर और 10 रुपये के (बोनस ) 2560 'बी' इक्विटी शेयर आवंटित किया है , पत्र के अनुसार विकल्प धारकों से प्राप्त किया उनके द्वारा कर्मचारी स्टॉक विकल्प 2005 के तहत विकल्पों योजना के रूपांतरण के लिए। इसके अलावा, समिति ने 10 रुपए प्रत्येक के 1,27,300 इक्विटी शेयर और 10 रुपए प्रत्येक के (बोनस की ओर) 12730 'बी' इक्विटी शेयर आवंटित किया है , पत्र के अनुसार विकल्प धारकों से प्राप्त किया उनके द्वारा जीएनसीएल कर्मचारी स्टॉक विकल्प योजना 2007 के तहत विकल्पों योजना के रूपांतरण के लिए। नतीजतन, कंपनी की प्रदत्त पूंजी 557.97 करोड़ से बढ़कर 558.14 करोड़ हो गई है।
English Translation:
The committee of Gujarat NRE Coke in its meeting on 11 March 2011 has allotted 25,600 equity shares of Rs 10 each and 2,560 'B' equity shares of Rs 10 each (towards bonus), pursuant to exercise letter(s) received from the option holders for conversion of options by them under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2005. Further, the committee has allotted 1,27,300 equity shares of Rs 10 each and 12,730 'B' equity shares of Rs 10 each (towards bonus), pursuant to exercise letter(s) received from the option holders for conversion of options by them under GNCL Employee Stock Options Scheme 2007. Consequently, the paid up capital of the company has increased from Rs 557.97 crore to Rs 558.14 crore.
