The committee of Idea Cellular on 21 March 2011 has allotted 4,26,625 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the option grantees, pursuant to the exercise of stock options granted under the company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006. Further, the Company has noted that post the said allotment, the equity share capital of the company stands increased to 330,32,71,505 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 3303.27 crore.
