Carborundum Universal on 18 May 2011 has allotted 17,308 shares of Rs 2 each arising out of the exercise of stock options granted to three employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2007. With this allotment the number of equity shares outstanding is 9,35,28,515 and the paid-up-capital equity share capital is Rs 18.71 crore.
