Govt May Introduce Land Acquisition Bill : सरकार शायद बहुप्रतीक्षित भूमि अधिग्रहण बिल शुरू करेगी : 05-08-11

सरकार बहुप्रतीक्षित भूमि अधिग्रहण बिल शुरू कर सकती है जिसका लक्ष्य किसानों के हितों की रक्षा करना है | जयराम रमेश ने कहा कि बिल केवल किसानों और भूमि के मालिकों के हितों की रक्षा के लिए नहीं बल्कि उनके लिए भी है जिनकी आजीविका इस भूमि पर निर्भर है| हालांकि, बिल निजी प्रयोजनों के लिए , निजी पार्टियों को  भूमि खरीदने से रोक नहीं सकता |

भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम 1894 में औपनिवेशिक शासन द्वारा शुरू किया गया था | वर्तमान में, भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम , विकास के लिए जमीन अधिग्रहण की प्रक्रिया को देखता है | हालांकि, हाल के समय में, सरकार ने औद्योगिक प्रस्ताव के लिए , स्थानीय समुदायों और किसानों से , भूमि अधिग्रहण के लिए  कड़ा विरोध का सामना करना पड़ा था |

English Translate:

The government may introduce the much awaited Land Acquisition Bill which targets to protect the interests of farmers.Jairam Ramesh said that the bill will not only protect the interests of farmers and owners of the land but also those whose livelihood is dependent on this land. However, the bill does not stop private parties from buying land for private purposes.

The Land Acquisition Act was introduced in 1894 by the colonial rule. Presently, the Land Acquisition Act look over the process of acquiring land for development proposes.However, in recent time, government had faced stiff opposition from local communities and famers for acquiring land for industrial propose.
