ज्योति स्ट्रक्चर्स कि समिति ने 27 सितंबर 2011 को अपनी बैठक में अपने सही व्यायाम के प्रत्येक वारंट के लिए 120 रुपये के एक व्यायाम कीमतों पर वारंट प्रति एक इक्विटी शेयर के लिए सदस्यता पर वारंट धारकोंकी पेशकश के नियम और शर्तों के अनुसार प्रति 2 रुपये के अंकित मूल्य के 682 इक्विटी शेयर आवंटित किए गये है।


English Translation :

The committee of Jyoti Structures in its meeting on 27 September 2011 has allotted 682 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each to warrant holders on exercising their right to subscribe to one equity share for each warrant at an exercise prices of Rs 120 per warrant in accordance with the terms & conditions of the offer.
