Govt’s Additional Borrowing Not To Hamper Private Sector Requirements :सरकार के अतिरिक्त निजी क्षेत्र की आवश्यकताएँ के अवरुद्ध उधार नही लिया :10-10-11

सरकार ने दूसरी छमाही में अपने बाजार उधारों निर्णय, के रूप में यह लघु बचत से कम धन हो जाता है और अन्य नकदी की समस्याओं का नेतृत्व अर्थशास्त्री अब भी लगता है राजकोषीय घाटा लेकिन वित्त मंत्रालय पर पुनर्विचार दे सकता है कि यह बाहर भीड़ नहीं होगाधन के लिए निजी क्षेत्र की आवश्यकता अक्टूबर - मार्च की अवधि के रूप में भी पहली छमाही की तुलना में अधिक खर्च कर देंगे।


सरकार पहले से ही उधार की अतिरिक्त 52,800 करोड़ रुपये के 1,67,200 करोड़ रुपये के पिछले के अनुमान से अधिक दूसरी छमाही में जाने का फैसला किया है। यह बाजारों से चल रही 2011-12 की दूसरी छमाही में बजट अनुमान की तुलना में 31.5 प्रतिशत प्रति अधिक उधार ले जाएगा।

English Translation :

The government’s decision to up its market borrowings in the second half, as it gets less funds from small savings and has other cash problems might have led the economist give a rethink on the fiscal deficit but the finance ministry still feels that it will not crowd out private sector requirement for funds, as the October-March period will also see higher spending than the first half.

The government has already decided to go for additional Rs 52,800 crore of borrowings in the second half over earlier estimates of Rs 1,67,200 crore. It will borrow from markets at 31.5 per cent more than the Budget estimates in the second half of the ongoing 2011-12.
