India's Steel Use Growth Seen Lower At 4.3% : भारत के इस्पात उपयोग मे 4.3% की गिरावट हुई : 14-10-11

वर्ल्ड स्टील एसोसिएशन ने पहले अनुमानित 13.3 प्रतिशत वृद्धि से 4.3 प्रतिशत तक भारत के इस्पात उपयोग विकास में कटौती की है। अब भारत में इस्पात की खपत पहले प्रक्षेपण 68.7 लाख टन के खिलाफ 67.7 मिलियन टन है। गिरावट को मोटे तौर पर कमजोर आर्थिक वातावरण के लिए जिम्मेदार ठहराया गया। 2012 के लिए, विकास पूर्वानुमान पहले के अनुमानों 14.3 फीसदी से 7.9 फीसदी कम कर दी है। डब्ल्यू एस ऐ का पूर्वानुमान है कि वैश्विक इस्पात का उपयोग 2011 मे 6.5 प्रतिशत से 1.398 अरब टन से विकसित होगा। इससे पहले यह अनुमान था कि वैश्विक इस्पात का उपयोग 2011 तक 1,359 अरब टन से 5.9 प्रतिशत बढ़ेगा।

English Translation :

The World Steel Association has cut India's steel use growth forecast to 4.3 per cent in 2011 from the earlier projected 13.3 per cent growth. Steel consumption in India would now be 67.7 million tonnes as against the earlier projection of 68.7 million tonnes. The decline is largely attributed to the weakening economic environment. For 2012, the growth forecast has been reduced to 7.9 per cent from the earlier projections of 14.3 per cent. The WSA has forecast that global steel use will grow by 6.5 per cent to 1.398 billion tonnes in 2011. Earlier it had projected that global steel use would grow 5.9 per cent in 2011 to 1.359 billion tonnes.
