On the sidelines of the G-20 Summit at Cannes, Ahluwalia said 'you shouldn't think that fuel price hike increases our vulnerability. Actually if you ask me the fuel price hike reduces your vulnerability because when you don't raise fuel prices, when the international prices have gone up then you are running a hidden deficit.
