ABG International Buys 1,00,000 Equity Shares Of ABG Shipyard : एबीजी इंटरनेशनल ने एबीजी शिपयार्ड के 1,00,000 इक्विटी शेयर ख़रीदे : 27-12-11

एबीजी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय ने एबीजी शिपयार्ड के 1,00,000 इक्विटी शेयरों का 23 दिसंबर, 2011 को खुले बाजार में लेनदेन के माध्यम से अधिग्रहण किया है। पहले का अधिग्रहण, प्रमोटर शेयर होल्डिंग एबीजी शिपयार्ड में पीएसी सहित 3,15,85,594 शेयर या 62.02% जिसमे 61.83% पहले के है।

एबीजी शिपयार्ड जहाज निर्माण और जहाज की मरम्मत के कारोबार को ले जाने के व्यापार में लगी हुई है। कंपनी दुनिया भर के सभी संतुष्ट ग्राहक कार्यालय के साथ भारत में सबसे बड़ी निजी क्षेत्र की जहाज निर्माण यार्ड के रूप में उभरी है।

English Translation:

ABG International has acquired 1,00,000 equity shares of ABG Shipyard as on December 23, 2011, through open market transaction. Post acquisition, the promoter shareholding, including PAC’s in ABG Shipyard is as 3,15,85,594 shares or 62.02% from 61.83% earlier.

ABG Shipyard is engaged in the business of carrying shipbuilding and ship repair business. The company has emerged as the largest private sector shipbuilding yard in India with satisfied customer base all around the world.
