Cotton Exports To Neighboring Countries Permitted : कपास के निर्यात को पड़ोसी देशों के लिए अनुमति दी : 24-03-12

कपास निर्यात बांग्लादेश और पाकिस्तान सहित पड़ोसी देशों को फिर से शुरू कर दिया गया है। लेकिन केवल उन आदेशों को अनुमति दी गई है जिन्हें भूमि मार्ग के माध्यम से पहुँचाया जा सके। इसके अलावा वाणिज्य मंत्रालय ने फैसला किया है कि कोई नया पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र (आरसी) जारी नही किया जाएगा और निर्यात को मौजूदा वाले से ही समुचित जांच के बाद अनुमति दी जाएगी।

वाणिज्य मंत्रालय अभी तक फाइबर की घरेलू आपूर्ति की कमी के अपने रुख के लिए अटका हुआ है हालांकि निर्यात प्रतिबंध हटा लिया गया है, कोई नए आदेशो को नही लिया जा रहा है। निर्यात के लिए अनुमति जांच के बाद केवल मौजूदा आदेशो को दी जा रही है और पहले चरण में जो पारित कर दिए गए है उन्हें भूमि मार्ग के माध्यम से पड़ोसी देशों के लिए ले जाया जा सकता है।

English Translation :

Cotton exports to neighboring countries including Bangladesh and Pakistan have been resumed. However only those orders have been allowed that can be transported through the land route. Further the Commerce Ministry has decided that no new registration certificates (RCs) will be issued and exports shall be allowed only from the existing ones after proper scrutiny.

The commerce ministry has so far stuck to its stand of shortage of domestic supply of fiber and though the export ban has been lifted, no new orders are being entertained. Permission for exports is only being granted to the existing orders after scrutiny and in the first phase those have been passed that can be transported to neighboring countries through the land route.
