ग्रेफाइट इंडिया लिमिटेड को कोलकाता में यह आदेश दिया गया है की 07 अप्रैल, 2009 को होनेबल उच्च न्यायालय की दिनांकित द्वारा कंपनी की इक्विटी शेयरधारकों की बैठक 11 मई, 2009 को प्रस्तावित योजना पर विचार करने के उद्देश्य से आयोजित किया जाएगा और यह निर्देश दिया गया है की जेकेडब्लू लिमिटेड और कंपनी के लिए अपने शेयरधारकों के बीच व्यवस्था पोमेक्स स्टील्स उपक्रम की जेकेडब्लू लिमिटेड की कंपनी की डीमर्जर को सूचित किया जायेगा।

English Translation:


Graphite India Ltd has informed that by an Order dated April 07, 2009 the Honble High Court at Calcutta has directed that a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on May 11, 2009, for the purpose of considering the proposed Scheme of Arrangement between GKW Ltd and the Company and their respective shareholders for demerger of Powmex Steels Undertaking of GKW Ltd to the Company.
