भारतीय कंपनियों के अधिकांश पिछले वर्ष मुख्य रूप से आर्थिक उथलपुथल के कारण पूंजी जुटाने के लिए मौजूदा निवेशक के मार्ग का उपयोग कर रहे थे। भयंकर बाजार की स्थिति और नई साझा मुद्दों में निवेशक की अभिलाषा के नुकसान का नेतृत्व भी विदेशी धन द्बारा कम किया जा रहा है। अधिकारों के मुद्दों, जिसके जरिए कंपनियों में मौजूदा निवेशकों को नए शेयर जारी करने के रूप में उभरे और धन जुटाने का मार्ग के रूप में आरंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश (आईपीओ) और विदेशी मामलों में पिछले वर्ष में वर्चस्व धन उत्तपन करने की तुलना में एक सबसे बड़ी वर्ष के दौरान धन का मार्ग उत्तपन हुआ।

English Translation:

Most of the Indian companies were using existing investor's route for raising capital last year mainly due to economic turmoil. Awful market condition led loss of investor appetite in new share issues and also froze out overseas funding avenues. Rights issues, the route through which companies raise funds by issuing fresh shares to existing investors emerged as the single-biggest fundraising route during the year as compared to initial public offers (IPOs) and overseas issues that dominated fundraising in the previous year.
