अलका सिक्यूरिटीज ने अधिक विभाजन के लिए सामान्य शेयर की घोषणा की- अप्रैल 25, 2009
हिन्दी अनुवाद:अलका सिक्यूरिटीज लिमिटेड़ समिति के निर्देशकों ने कंपनी बैठक में 22 अप्रैल 2009 को अन्य बातों के साथ विचार और निम्नलिखित अनुमोदित को आयोजित किए:
1. उन्होंने यह घोषित कर दिया है, की अलग किए गए सामान्य शेयर के मुल्ये 2 रूपये से कंपनी के ऊपर के मुल्ये 1 रूपये के लिए मौजूद प्रत्येक शेयरधारकों को और आगे के शेयरों का मुद्दा अधिकारों के आधार पर किया जाए इसकी मंजूरी दे दी है। इस रूप में अनुसंधान की गई डाक पत्र के रिपोर्ट को नियुक्त किया।
2. शेष कॉल का भुगतान नही होने के कारण जब्त किए गए शेयर को रद्द कर दिया।
English Translation:
Alka Securities Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 22, 2009, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:
1. Declared, the Split up of Equity Shares of the Company from Rs 2/- to Rs 1/- each and issue of further shares on rights basis to existing shareholders, as approved. This was as per the report of the scrutinizer appointed, for postal ballot.
2. Cancelled the shares which were forfeited due to non payment of calls in arrears.
