हिन्दी अनुवाद:मर्केटर लाइन्स लिमिटेड ने यह सूचना दी है की भाग 2,85,00000 में परिवर्तनीय अधिपत्र पर 25 अक्टूबर 2007 को एक आयोजको के अनुरूप पास प्रस्ताव द्बारा यह शेयरधारको को अपने आसाधारण सामान्य पद की व्यापक बैठक के मान्य पर 11 अक्टूबर 2007 को इसके साथ मार्ग्दार्शियो ने अधिमान्य बैठक को प्रचलित किया। प्रत्येक अधिपत्र के लिए फेस मुल्ये 5.85 चलने वाली विकल्प की समर्थन में 1 सामान्य शेयर के लिए यह कम्पनी में मुल्ये 58.50 की (सयुक्त पिरियम के लिए मुल्ये 57.50) रूपये है। तदनुसार, समस्त 2,85,00000 वारंट और फलस्वरूप पूरी राशि वारंट धारक से आगे रद्द कर जब्त कर लिया था।
English Translation:
Mercator Lines Ltd has informed that the Company had allotted 2,85,00,000 convertible warrants on October 25, 2007 to one of its promoters, pursuant to the resolution passed by the shareholders at their Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on October 11, 2007 in accordance with SEBI guidelines on preferential issue. Each warrant of a face value of Rs 5.85 was carrying option to subscribe for 1 equity share of the Company at a price of Rs 58.50 (inclusive of premium of Rs 57.50).Accordingly, all 2,85,00,000 warrant stands cancelled and consequently, the entire amount received thereon from the warrant holder stands forfeited.
