हिन्दी अनुवाद:एरीहंत संस्थान और गृह निर्माण लिमिटेड ने यह सूचित किया है की समिति के निर्देशकों के लिए कम्पनी ने 25 मई 2009 आयोजित बैठकों में, निम्नलिखित निर्णय लिए हैं:
1. अधिपत्र के लिए और आयोजको और अन्य निवेशकों के शेयरधारकों और अन्य नियामक प्राधिकारी के अनुमोदन के अधीन 15,50,000 सामान्य शेयर के विषय में आवृति को आवंटित किया गया।
2. शेयरधारको ने सयोजित करने को कहा कि असाधारण जनरल की बैठक में 22 जून 2009 को अनुमोदन प्राप्त करने के लिए आयोजित बैठक में मुद्दे और आबंटन को आयोजित किया गया।
3. इस मुद्दा और अधिपत्र का आवंटन सेबी के मार्ग निर्देशों के अनुसार होगा।
4. 9,50,000 nos को रद्द करने के लिए वारंट पहले भी जारी किए हैं।
English Translation:
Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2009, has taken the following decisions:
1. To issue and allot 15,50,000 equity warrants to the promoters and other investors subject to the approval of the shareholders and other regulatory authorities.
2. To convene the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders on June 22, 2009 to seek approval for the said issue and allotment.
3. The issue and allotment of the warrants shall be as per the SEBI Guidelines.
4. To cancel 9,50,000 nos. of warrants issued earlier.
