English Translation:

KGN Industries Limited has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 06, 2009, inter alia, to consider the Splitting of existing Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 10/- so that each such Equity Share is sub-divided into 10 Equity Shares of the face Value of Rs 1/- each.
