SI Group India Ltd has informed about the Following: Centrum Capital Ltd (Manager to the Delisting Offer) on behalf of SI Group, Inc. (the Acquirer), has issued this Public Announcement (PA) to the Equity shareholders of SI Group India Ltd (Target Company/the Company), pursuant to Clause 7 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines, 2003, as amended from time to time (Delisting Guidelines) to the public shareholders of Target Company in respect of the proposed acquisition and delisting of the fully paid-up equity shares of the Company in accordance with the Delisting Guidelines (Delisting Offer).
