1. विचार और रिकोड को ग्रहण करने के लिए अकेक्षित वित्तीय परिणाम की कंपनी ने वर्ष 31 मार्च 2009 को समाप्त किया।
2. कोई भी ऐसा नही है जो लाभांश की सिफारिश न करना चाहता हो।
3. अधिक विचार प्रचलित करने के लिए पूंजी अनुसार कंपनी में पूर्ववर्ती शेयरधारको के लिए कई अधिकार प्रचलित किए गए।
English Translation:
Tricom India Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 24, 2009, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Year Ended March 31, 2009.
2. To recommend dividend, if any.
3. To consider further issue of capital in the form of rights issue to the existing shareholders of the Company.
