अनुमोदित संयुक्त गारंटी के लिए मुल्ये 135 करोड़ द्बारा कंपनी की अनधिक मीयादी ऋण में मुल्ये 135 करोड़ की लाभ अनुसार पंजाब नेशनल बैंक और स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया द्बारा सूर्या ग्लोबल स्टील टीयुब्स लिमिटेड (एसजीएसटीएल), ने एक सहायक कंपनी को उत्तपन किया।

अनुमोदित सुरक्षा के लिए 50 करोड़ जैसे नीवेश के लिए शेयर में सूर्या ग्लोबल स्टील टीयुब्स लिमिटेड, की एक सहायक कंपनी के लिए पहले से प्रबंधित सुरक्षाओं द्बारा बंधको से मुक्त कराने के लिए शेयर के लिए उपाय और पंजाब नेशनल बैंक और स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया के पक्ष में अधिक ऋण की स्वीकृति दी गई।

English Translation:

Surya Roshni Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 18, 2009, inter alia, :

Approved the Corporate Guarantee(s) of Rs 135 Crores by the Company for Term Loan not exceeding Rs 135 Crores to be availed from Punjab National Bank & State Bank of India by Surya Global Steel Tubes Ltd (SGSTL), a subsidiary of the Company.

Approved the Securities of Rs 50 Crores i.e. Investment of Shares in Surya Global Steel Tubes Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company to be provided as security by way of pledge of shares in favour of Punjab National Rank and State Bank of India for availment of above said loans.
