डीएसपी ब्लैकरोक ने सेबी के साथ बढे हुए इक्विटी फंड को अनुमोदित किया- जून 30, 2009

डीएसपी ब्लैकरोक मुचुअल फंड ने सेक्योरिटिस और एक्स्चेंज बोर्ड ऑफ़ इंडिया (सेबी) के साथ फाइल दस्तावेजो को उपस्थित किया और यह एक निरंतर स्वरुप इक्विटी की विविध प्रणाली है और डीएसपी ब्लैकरोक की वर्धित इक्विटी फंड को आरम्भ किया गया। इस नए प्रकाशन के लिए फेस मुल्ये 10 रूपये प्रति यूनिट को उपस्थित किया गया। इस प्रणाली के लिए दो योजनाओं नियमित और संस्थागत योजना के साथ विकास और लाभांश विकल्प की प्रणाली को उपस्थित किया गया। अधिक, लाभांश विकल्प के लिए लाभांश पेआउट और लाभांश पुनः नीवेश की सुविधा को उपस्थित किया गया।

इस प्रणाली में प्राथमिक निवेशको की प्रणाली के उद्द्येश्य के लिए अवलोकन कर पूंजी अधिमुल्यन द्बारा नीवेश में इक्विटी और इक्विटी सम्वन्धी सुरक्षाओं के लिए कंपनी की लिस्ट में स्टॉक एक्स्चेंज इंडिया को उपस्थित किया गया।

DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund has filed offer document with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to launch an open-ended equity diversified scheme - DSP BlackRock Enhanced Equity Fund. The face value of the new issue will be Rs 10 per unit. The scheme offers two plans - regular as well as institutional plan with growth and dividend option. Further, the dividend option offers dividend payout as well as dividend reinvest facility.

The primary investment objective of the scheme is to seek capital appreciation by investing in equity and equity related securities of companies listed in stock exchanges in India.
