हिन्दी अनुवाद:प्रकाश इंडस्ट्रीज के बोर्ड ने वारंट 1,00,00,000 इक्विटी शेयर में श्रेष्टता संबंधी आधार पर परिवर्तनीय आवंटन को मंजूरी दी है।
बोर्ड ने दीर्घावधि निधियों के लिए ऍफ़सीसीबी को जारी के जरिए विभिन्न विकल्पों के माध्यम से/एडीआर/जीडीआर/इक्विटी शेयरों या किसी अन्य प्रतिभूतियों के इक्विटी शेयरों में एक राशि के 500 करोड़ रुपए से अधिक के लिए परिवर्तनीय कंपनी के पूंजीगत खर्च आवश्यकता को पूरा करने के लिए स्थापना को मंजूरी दे दी है।
इस बोर्ड की बैठक को 04 जुलाई 2009 को आयोजित करने के लिए अनुमोदन किया गया।
English Translation:
The board of Prakash Industries has approved allotment of 1,00,00,000 warrants convertible into equity share on preferential basis.
The board has approved raising of long term funds to meet the capital expenditure requirement of the company through various options by way of issuance of FCCBs/ADRs/GDRs/equity shares or any other securities convertible into equity shares for an amount not exceeding Rs 500 crore.
This was approved at the board meeting held on 04 July 2009.
