GTL Infrastructure Ltd has informed that the Committee of the Board at its meeting held on July 29, 2009, has considered and approved allotment of 370,475 Equity Shares consequent to conversion of FCCBs worth USD 500,000 at a conversion price of Rs 53.04 per share, in terms of the Offering Circular dated November 24, 2007 for issue of US $ 300,000,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2012.
