पीरामल ग्लास लिमटेड ने यह सूचित किया है की 13 अगस्त 2009 को निश्चित बुक संवरक समय के अभिप्राय के लिए निर्धारक अधिकार के उचित इक्विटी शेयर पर कीमत के लिए मुल्ये 30/- रूपये में (सम्मिलित एक इक्विटी शेयर के प्रीमियम में मुल्ये 20/-) के प्रति इक्विटी शेयर में अनुपात के लिए 7 (सात) इक्विटी शेयर के लिए सभी 2 (दो) पूर्णतः चुकता मान्य इक्विटी शेयर को प्रकाशित किया गया।

Piramal Glass Limited has informed that August 13, 2009 has been fixed as Book Closure Period for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the Rights equity shares at a price of Rs 30/- (including a equity share premium of Rs 20/-) per equity share in the ratio of 7 (seven) equity shares for every 2 (two) fully paid equity shares held.
