समिति के निर्देशकों ने यह तय किया था की बैठक को 20 अगस्त 2009 को आयोजित किया जाएगा।
English Translation:
The committee of GEI Industrial Systems has decided allotment of 1450000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at Rs 75 per equity share to BanyanTree Growth Capital L.L.C., Mauritius on preferential allotment basis as per resolution passed by the members in the extra ordinary general meeting held on 14 July 2009.
This was decided at the committee of directors meeting held on 20 August 2009.
