English Translation:

The board meeting of Bodal Chemicals will be held on 29 August 2009 to discuss regarding raising of funds by way of issuance of equity shares or ADRs/GDRs or warrants or debentures or FCCBs or any other securities including convertible into equity shares by way of preferential allotment / private placement, QIP, right issue or public issue or any other option for raising of funds for the company.
