गुजरात राज्य उर्वरक एवं रसायन लिमिटेड ने सूचित किया है कि धारा 619 के उपबंधों के अनुसार धारा 619 बी कंपनी की अधिनियम में 1956 के अनुसार, नियंत्रक और लेखा परीक्षक भारत के जनरल के प्रावधान के साथ नियुक्त एम/एस अनुसूचित जाति और बापना एसोसिएट्स, चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स, कंपनी और एम के सांविधिक लेखा परीक्षकों के रूप में वडोदरा/एस खेडकर शाह और सोनी, चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स, कंपनी की शाखा के लेखा परीक्षकों के रूप में वडोदरा, वित्तीय वर्ष 2009-10 के लिए इसे आयोजित जाएगा।

Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Section 619-B read with the provision of Section 619(2) of the Companies Act, 1956, the Comptroller & Auditor General of India has appointed M/s. S C Bapna & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Vadodara as Statutory Auditors of the Company and M/s. Khedkar Shah & Soni, Chartered Accountants, Vadodara as Branch Auditors of the Company, for the Financial Year 2009-10.
