हिन्दी अनुवाद:स्टील ऑथोरिटी इंडिया लिमिटेड (सेल) ने प्राधिकरण को सूचित किया है कि कंपनी मामलों के मंत्रालय ने कंपनी अधिनियम, 1956 का मुहैया कराया, भारत रेफ्रेक्ट्रीज लिमिटेड की धारा 396 के अधीन भारत रेफ्रेक्ट्रीज लिमिटेड (बीआरएल) के इंडिया लिमिटेड (सेल) के इस्पात प्राधिकरण के साथ विलय को मंजूरी दी है, स्टील इंडिया लिमिटेड समामेलन गेजेट अधिसूचना का नंबर. SO1847 (ई) है, 28 जुलाई 2009 को प्रकाशित आदेश प्राधिकरण के समामेलन के नियत समय के लिए 01 अप्रैल 2007 की तारीख को आयोजित किया गया था।
अधिक आदेश के इन टर्म के लिए, आदेश की एक प्रति के लिए ट्रांस्फेर्री यानी कंपनी द्वारा दायर की गई है उपरोक्त संदर्भ में भारतीय इस्पात प्राधिकरण लिमिटेड को 27 अगस्त 2009 को आयोजित किया गया था।
English Translation:
Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has informed that Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved the amalgamation of Bharat Refractories Limited (BRL) with Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) under Section 396 of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Bharat Refractories Limited and the Steel Authority of India Limited Amalgamation Order published in Gazette Notification No.S.O.1847(E) dated July 28, 2009. The appointed date of amalgamation is April 01, 2007.
In terms of the above Order, a copy of the Order has been filed by the transferree company i.e. Steel Authority of India Limited on August 27, 2009.
अधिक आदेश के इन टर्म के लिए, आदेश की एक प्रति के लिए ट्रांस्फेर्री यानी कंपनी द्वारा दायर की गई है उपरोक्त संदर्भ में भारतीय इस्पात प्राधिकरण लिमिटेड को 27 अगस्त 2009 को आयोजित किया गया था।
