English Translation:
The committee of Wipro has resolved to issue and allot 107569 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under restricted stock unit plan 2004 and restricted stock unit plan 2005.
This was resolved vide circular resolution dated 03 September 2009.
इस संकल्प वाइड परिपत्र को दिनांक 03 सितम्बर 2009 को संकल्पित किया गया।
