Godrej Industries Limited has informed that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the special resolutions, with requisite majority:
1. To invest in securities of and/or place intercorporate deposits with and/or make loans or any other form of debt to and/or investment in and/or give guarantees in connection with loan(s) given by any other person to Godrej Hershey Ltd.
2. To place intercorporate deposits with and/or make loans or any other form of debt to Tricom India Ltd.
