हिन्दी अनुवाद:जैन इरीगेशन सिस्टम की समिति ने आवंटन के लिए 67,389 इक्विटी शेयर के मुल्ये प्रत्येक 10 रूपये की एक प्रीमियम के लिए मुल्ये 335.59 रूपये प्रति इक्विटी शेयर में रूपांतरण के लिए 525 जीरो कूपन परिवर्तित बोन्ड (जेड़सीसीबी) के अमेरिकी डॉलर 1,000 टर्म के लिए नोटिफिकेशन प्राप्ति के होलर और टर्म में सर्कुलर नियत समय के लिए 24 मार्च 2006 दिनांक को उपस्थित किया गया था।
समिति ने यह तय किया है की समिति की इस बैठक को 01 अक्टूबर 2009 को आयोजित किया जाएगा।
English Translation:
The committee of Jain Irrigation System has allotted 67,389 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 at a premium of Rs. 335.59 per Equity Share in conversion of 525 Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds (ZCCB's) of US$ 1,000 each in terms of Notification received from the holer and in terms of Offering Circular dated 24 March 2006.
This was decided at the committee meeting held on 01 october 2009.
समिति ने यह तय किया है की समिति की इस बैठक को 01 अक्टूबर 2009 को आयोजित किया जाएगा।
