बोर्ड ने भी शेयरधारकों की मंजूरी के लिए विषय का फैसला किया है, इसके लिए एक बोनस में मुल्ये 2 रुपए की इक्विटी शेयर को जारी किया जाएगा 2 रुपयों की हर दो इक्विटी शेयरों के लिए एक रिकार्ड तारीख को कंपनी में आयोजित कर पाठ्यक्रम में इसे तय किया जाएगा।
समिति की बैठक ने यह तय किया है की समिति की इस बैठक को 21 अक्टूबर 2009 को आयोजित किया जाए।
English Translation:
The board of Jaiprakash Associates has declared interim dividend at the rate of Re 0.54 per share (27%) for the year 2009-10.
The board has also decided subject to the approval of Shareholders, to issue one Bonus Equity Share of Rs. 2 for every two equity Shares of Rs. 2 each held in the Company on the Record Date to be fixed in due course.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 21 October 2009.
