हिन्दी अनुवाद:इंडियन ओवरसीज बैंक (आईओबी) ने यह सूचित किया है कि भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना के नियत समय के लिए 11 अक्टूबर 2006 को सरकार के प्रति इसे आयोजित किया गया। भारत की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के लिए उप प्रदत्त द्बारा अनुभाग 3 में (बैंकिंग कंपनियों की धारा 9 के) अधिग्रहण (और उपक्रमों के अंतरण) अधिनियम, 1970/1980 के साथ पढ़ने के खंड (ख 9 खंड (2) के) राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंकों के प्रबंधन (और विविध प्रावधान) योजना के लिए, श्री नामजद 1970/1980 और एम. रवींद्र भाग के रूप में विक्रम, गैर समय के लिए 11 अक्टूबर 2006 से प्रभावी बैंक, के चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट श्रेणी के तहत सरकारी निदेशक (अधिसूचना की तारीख) की अवधि तीन साल के लिए नियुक्त किए गए।
निदेशक के रूप में अपने कार्यकाल में 10 अक्टूबर 2009 को, समाप्ति पर श्री एम. रवींद्र विक्रम को बैंक के बोर्ड के रूप से सेवानिवृत्त किया गया।
English Translation:
Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) has informed that as per the Government of India Notification dated October 11, 2006 the Govt. of India in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 3(g) of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980 read with sub-clause (b) of clause 9(2) of the Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980 nominated Shri. M. Ravindra Vikram, as part-time non-official director under Chartered Accountant category of the Bank with effect from October 11, 2006 (being the date of the notification) for a period of three years.
On expiry of his tenure as Director on October 10, 2009, Shri. M. Ravindra Vikram has retired from Banks Board.
