आईडीऍफ़सी मुचुअल फंड ने परिवर्तित विशेषताओं को सूचित किया- नवम्बर 13,2009
हिन्दी अनुवाद:आईडीऍफ़सी मुचुअल फंड ने यह सूचित किया है की परिवर्तन में इनकी विशेषताओं द्वारा इसे यथाक्रम ट्रांसफर योजना (एसटीपी) सुविधा और लाभांश स्वीप विकल्प के रूप में पेश किया जाए। इस प्रणाली में परिवर्तन 16 नवम्बर 2009 से प्रभावी हो जाएगा।
इसके अतिरिक्त यह तय किया है की एसटीपी सुविधा में आईडीऍफ़सी अंतरपणन फंड और आईडीऍफ़सी अंतरपणन प्लस फंड के रूप में इसे पेश किया जाए। एसटीपी के अधीन इसकी विशेषताएँ इस प्रकार है:
इसके बाद के संस्करण की सुविधा के तहत न्यूनतम स्थानान्तरण राशि में मुल्ये 1000 रुपये होगी। अन्य समस्त विशेषताओं के लिए जैसे लोड संरंचना; आवेदित नेव शेष आदि को आयोजित किया गया।
लाभांश स्वीप विकल्प की पेशकाश:
इस फंड हाउस ने विकल्प के लिए लाभंश स्वीप के अनुसार डेब्ट प्रणाली/लिक्विड प्रणाली/आईडीऍफ़सी अंतरपणन फंड और आईडीऍफ़सी अंतरपणन प्लस फंड में इक्विटी प्रणाली के लिए फंड हाउस को पेश किया।
वर्तमान में, समस्त प्रणाली के लिए फंड हाउस ने 2 विकल्प जैसे विकास और लाभांश को उपस्थित किया गया। लाभांश विकल्प के अधीन निवेशकों ने विकल्प के लिए लाभांश पेआउट और लाभांश पुनः नीवेश को उपस्थित किया गया। एएमसी ने यह अनुमोदित किया है की तीसरी विकल्प के लिए जैसे लाभांश स्वीप विकल्प में इक्विटी प्रणाली को पेश किया जाए।
English Translation:
IDFC Mutual Fund has announced change in features by introducing Systematic Transfer Plan (STP) facility and dividend sweep option. The changes will be effective from 16 November 2009.
Accordingly it has decided to introduce STP facility in IDFC Arbitrage Fund and IDFC Arbitrage Plus Fund. The features of STP are as under:
The minimum transfer amount under the above facility shall be Rs 1000. All other features i.e. load structure; applicable NAV etc. shall remain the same.
Introduces Dividend Sweep Option:
The fund house has introduced the option of dividend sweep from debt schemes / liquid schemes / IDFC Arbitrage Fund & IDFC Arbitrage Plus Fund into any Equity schemes of the fund house.
Currently, all the schemes of the fund house have 2 options i.e. growth and dividend. Under the divided option the investor has the option of dividend payout and dividend re-investment. The AMC has approved introduction of 3rd option i.e dividend sweep option into equity scheme.
