ACC Ltd has informed that at the Meeting of the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board held on December 17, 2009
19,625 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under the ESOS Scheme as under:
- ESOS 2004 : 19,625 shares
Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,77,20,667 shares to 18,77,40,292 shares of Rs. 10/- face value, as of date.
